I was just thinking about how long it’s been since we got an album out of Boston’s stunning alt-country band Girls, Guns and Glory.  Ward Hayden is one of the most underrated young songwriters in the genre, and this one-off demo recording on YouTube just shows how much we need more material out of these guys (and then to get it the hell into the rest of the public’s consciousness!)  If you like Lyle Lovett, Roy Orbison, Dwight Yoakam, et al., you’d be crazy not to find something worth hailing about this.
